This video is on how I make the most delicious spicy hot beef curry easily. Spicy hot beef curry is a popular recipe in Asian countries. The recipe is also found popular in western countries. Spicy hot beef curry recipe is mostly based on herbal spices that boosts the taste and texture of the curry. The beef curry can be cooked with or without bones. Beef with bones increases the taste of the curry. Cooked bone marrow is also healthy to eat. Gravy of the curry mixed with spices is tasty with white rice and bread. Ingredients: Beef with bone : 1.5 Kg Chopped onion : 1.5 cup Garlic cloves : 10/11 numbers (nos) Ginger paste : 1 table spoon (tbs) Cumin paste : 1 tea spoon (tsp) Coriander paste : 1 tsp Turmeric powder : 2 tsp Red chilli powder : 2 tsp Salt : 2 tsp Vegetable oil : 1 cup (substitute-olive oil) Bay leaves : 2 nos Cardamom : 7/8 nos Cinnamon : 2 nos Black pepper : 7/8 nos Cloves : 5/6 nos Dry red chilli : 2 nos Cardamom & cinnamon crushed powder : 1 tsp Cumin powder : 1 tsp Method: Spicy hot beef curry is made with 4 easy steps: 1st step - Mix chopped onion, garlic cloves, ginger paste, cumin paste, coriander paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder salt and vegetable oil with beef properly to ensure tenderization. Thereafter add bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and dry red chiili with the meat mixture evenly. Rest the meat for 15 minutes and then start cooking under medium high temperature. After few minutes meat will release water. Stir once the water reduces. 2nd step - Add cardamom & cinnamon crushed powder and cumin powder while stiring. When liquid is about to finish, add hot water to boil the meat for 30 minutes. Meat should stay under water level. Put the lid and boil for 15 minutes. 3rd step - After 15 minutes, water will reduce by half and the meat will be half boiled. Stir the meat, put the lid and boil for next 15 minutes. 4th step - After 15 minutes, meat liquid will evaporate 80% and you will get thick curry sauce. Check the salt at this stage, add more if needed. At this stage add a special curry powder for special flavor (optional). The recipe of this curry powder is given below. Then stir little bit and lower the oven temperature to lowest position until oil is separated on top. Recipe of the special curry powder by My Kitchen Time: Ingredients: Red Chilli : 8 nos Coriander : 1 tbs Cumin : 1 tbs Black pepper : 1 tbs Bay leaf : 2 nos (ensure the leaves are dried up and gets crispy). Method: Fry all ingredients lightly for 5 to 6 minutes with medium low heat. Cool and crush in blender. This spice powder can be used with various recipes.
