Ingredients:
Eggplant slices - 9/10 thin slices (approximately 1.5 x 2.5 inches)
Flour - 3 table spoon
Rice flour - 3 table spoon
Gram flour - 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Cut the eggplant into slices.
2. Mix all ingredients evenly with water until consistent batter.
3. Set the batter for 20-30 minutes.
4. Dip eggplant slices one by one into the batter and deep fry until the color gets brown.
