English Recipe of Semolina Dessert



Semolina Dessert is a tasty sweet item that goes with all meals. This article is about English recipe of Semolina Dessert. Semolina is generally known in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan as 'Suji' and Semolina Dessert is known as Suji Halwa or Suji ka Halwa. Semolina dessert recipe is also popular in Turkish food review.



Ingredients:
Semolina - 1 cup 
Water - 2 cups 
Sugar - 150 gm 
Clarified butter (Ghee) - 150 gm 
Cardamon - 2 pieces Cinnamon - 2 pieces 
Food color - 1 pinch of orange food color 
Milk powder - 3/4th cup 
Semolina Dessert can be made in three steps: 
Step 1 - Mixture of 2 cups of hot water, 150 gm sugar and one pinch of food color. 
Step 2 - Mixture of fried Semolina (1 cup), 2 pieces of Cardamon, 2 pieces of Cinnamon and 150 gm clarified butter with medium heat. 
Step 3 - Mixture of step 1 and 2 including 3/4th cup milk powder under medium heat for two minutes with lid covered until mixture gets softly dense.
